The ResortalowTM Resort Lifestyle Bungalows concept was created by Internationally acclaimed Designer/Builder/ Developer, Tim Pelham of The Pelham Group whose award-winning designs have been built in all 50 U.S. States and 5 foreign countries during his 45-year career.

While he was recognized mostly for his designs of Estate Homes for Celebrities and Professional Athletes, TPG provided designs for over 20,000 housing units worldwide to  1400+ Homebuilders.

In 1995, he was selected as the No. 2 Residential Designer in the U.S. by Professional Builder Magazine and later selected as one of Better Homes and Gardens Magazine's Top 40 Homebuilders in the U.S.

In recent years, he noticed a huge void in the housing market for affordable Single Family Homes for young Couples and Retirees and decided that his Lifestyle Bungalows in Resort Communities would also fill both of those needs. And with the major Covid impact upon the workplace, it also created new oppurtunities for many Employees to also "work from home" in these Resort Locations rather than the big City.
